One practice. Many overlaps.
You do not have to pick a specialty. Most people show up dealing with more than one of these at once.
ADHD and trauma. Autism and burnout. Late-ID and grief.
Most people arrive at this practice with more than one of these going on at once. They overlap constantly, and the work treats them that way, not as separate workstreams to be unbundled.
Below are the four lenses I work through most. They are not menu items to pick from. They are facets of one integrated approach.
Neuro-affirming therapy
Your brain is not broken. We work with how your wiring actually fits the world, not against it. The way you perceive, process, and engage is valid information about who you are, not symptoms to manage.
ADHD
Past the executive-dysfunction shame, into systems that actually fit your wiring. Time blindness, RSD, late-diagnosis grief, the long shadow of being told you are “lazy.” None of it gets minimized.
Autism & AuDHD
A space free from masking. Stimming, scripting, and special interests are tools and signals, not symptoms. Unmasking happens at the speed that fits you, not the speed of someone else's protocol.
Trauma
Pacing belongs to you. We build resourcing and stability before exploring difficult material, and we hold trauma and neurodivergence together when they overlap (which is most of the time).
This practice might fit if…
- You have felt unseen or pathologized by previous therapists
- You are navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or some combination
- You are late- or self-identified neurodivergent
- Past therapy pushed too far, too fast
- Your “anxiety” may actually be trauma or unaccommodated neurodivergence
- You want trauma and neurodivergence held together, not as separate tracks
